By accessing or using MoldingHub you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

To use most features you need to create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Each person or company must manage their own account.

MoldingHub is a professional space for the injection molding industry. You agree to use it respectfully and not to post offensive, misleading or spam content, nor anything that infringes third-party rights, and not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or to harm its operation.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By sharing it on MoldingHub you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the platform in order to provide the service. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to what you post.

The MoldingHub brand, logo, design and software are owned by MoldingHub and are protected. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our express authorization.

We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms or put the community at risk. You can also close your account at any time from settings; some provisions will remain in force after termination.

MoldingHub is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or from interactions between users.

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the place where MoldingHub is established. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith before resorting to the competent courts.

We may update these terms to reflect service improvements or legal changes. We will notify you of significant changes and, if you keep using MoldingHub after they take effect, we will understand that you accept them.
